Refunds & Chargebacks Policy

Due to the nature of event admission tickets and digital goods, all ticket sales are final. No refunds, exchanges, credits, or cancellations will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to no-shows, scheduling conflicts, personal circumstances, late arrival, or failure to attend the event.

By completing a purchase, the customer acknowledges and agrees that:

  • Admission tickets are non-refundable

  • The ticket grants access to a specific event on a specific date and time

  • Chargebacks, payment disputes, or payment reversals initiated after purchase constitute a violation of these terms

Once a ticket has been issued, delivered, or made available (including via QR code or digital delivery), the service is considered provided. Successful entry or ticket scanning is not required for the ticket to be deemed delivered, as access to the event is granted upon issuance.

ICEHAUS EVENTS LLC reserves the right to contest any chargeback or dispute and to submit all relevant transaction records, delivery confirmation, ticket usage logs, and acceptance of terms as evidence to the issuing bank or card network.

Customers who initiate chargebacks or disputes may be restricted or permanently banned from future ICEHAUS EVENTS LLC events and ticket purchases.

ICEHAUS EVENTS LLC reserves the right to modify, update, or change these policies at any time without prior notice. The version in effect at the time of purchase will apply to that transaction.

Event Entry, Capacity & Re-Entry Policy (NEW)

Entry to ICEHAUS EVENTS LLC events is subject to venue capacity limits, safety regulations, and operational requirements.

By purchasing a ticket, attendees acknowledge and agree that:

  • Entry is not guaranteed at a specific time

  • Admission may be delayed, staggered, or temporarily restricted to comply with capacity limits or safety requirements

  • Entry is first come, first served unless otherwise stated

  • Re-entry is not guaranteed unless explicitly permitted for a specific event

  • A valid ticket and government-issued ID may be required for entry

Failure to arrive before capacity is reached, refusal of entry due to safety concerns, policy violations, or venue enforcement does not constitute grounds for a refund or chargeback.

Event Entry Delays, Safety Holds & Government Authority Policy

ICEHAUS EVENTS LLC prioritizes the safety of all guests, staff, performers, and venue personnel. Entry may be temporarily delayed or restricted due to mandatory safety inspections, capacity checks, crowd control measures, or directives issued by venue management, fire marshals, law enforcement, or other government authorities.

Temporary delays in entry do not constitute cancellation or non-delivery of service. Once access to the event is made available — including delayed or staggered entry — the event is considered operational and delivered, regardless of wait times.

ICEHAUS EVENTS LLC is not responsible for delays caused by third parties or authorities acting in the interest of public safety.

Lineup, Schedule & Event Modification Policy (NEW)

ICEHAUS EVENTS LLC reserves the right to modify event details at any time, including but not limited to:

  • DJs, performers, hosts, or artists

  • Event schedules or set times

  • Event format or programming

Such changes do not constitute event cancellation and do not entitle ticket holders to refunds, credits, or chargebacks.

Event lineup changes are a normal and accepted part of live entertainment, and the ticket grants admission to the event experience as a whole, not to any specific performer or schedule.

Assumption of Risk & Release of Liability (NEW)

By attending an ICEHAUS EVENTS LLC event, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with attendance, including but not limited to:

  • Crowded conditions

  • Slips, falls, or physical contact with other attendees

  • Alcohol-related incidents

  • Actions or behavior of other guests

  • Acts of third parties, venue staff, or performers

You agree to release, waive, and hold harmless ICEHAUS EVENTS LLC, its owners, employees, contractors, partners, venues, and affiliates from any and all claims, damages, losses, or liabilities arising from your attendance, except where prohibited by law.

Code of Conduct (NEW)

ICEHAUS EVENTS LLC is committed to providing a safe and enjoyable environment for all attendees.

The following behavior is strictly prohibited:

  • Harassment, intimidation, or discrimination of any kind

  • Physical violence or threats

  • Disorderly conduct or failure to comply with staff or security instructions

  • Excessive intoxication or illegal substance use

ICEHAUS EVENTS LLC and venue security reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any individual whose behavior is deemed unsafe or disruptive. Removal for conduct violations does not entitle the attendee to a refund or chargeback.

Photography & Video Release Policy

ICEHAUS EVENTS LLC may capture photographs, audio, and/or video recordings at events for promotional, marketing, documentation, and commercial purposes.

By purchasing a ticket or attending an event, you consent to the use of your image, likeness, voice, and appearance, without compensation, in any media now known or hereafter developed.

Ice Haus will not intentionally identify individuals by full name without written consent. Requests to opt out must be made in writing prior to or during the event, and Ice Haus cannot guarantee exclusion from incidental or crowd footage.

All media captured is the exclusive property of ICEHAUS EVENTS LLC and may not be used without prior written authorization.
